The role emphasizes strategic and tactical execution to position the brand for future growth in a hybrid environment based in Ewing, NJ, with in-person days on Tue-Thu and flexibility on Mon-Fri. You will lead cross-functional teams, leverage market insights, and partner with agencies to craft and implement plans that build share, sales, and profits.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MBA strongly preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Experience in category analysis and forecasting.
• Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools and techniques.
• Experience with P&L analysis.
• Ability to lead complex, strategic projects through commercialization.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in discussions and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide effective marketing management while controlling the marketing P&L budget.
• Develop consumer and customer-centric marketing strategies to grow share, sales, and profit.
• Develop and execute marketing plans for assigned brands in partnership with agencies.
