Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a Brand Manager A&H Laundry Additives (Scent Boosters) to oversee P&L and run strategic and tactical marketing for the brand from Ewing, NJ in a hybrid role requiring in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop consumer-driven marketing plans, analyze performance and forecast demand to fuel top- and bottom-line growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Experience with P&L analysis and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Provide marketing management while controlling the marketing P&L budget.
• Develop consumer and customer-centric marketing strategies to build share, sales and profit.
• Lead marketing plans for assigned brands with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Drive top-line and bottom-line results through integrated strategies.
• Leverage market research and insights to inform decisions and actions.
• Lead business analysis and reporting for the brand with data-driven actions.
