The role requires a BA/BS (MBA preferred), 1+ year in Marketing (CPG/OTC/Cosmetics), and strong analytical, forecasting, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in Marketing (CPG, OTC, Cosmetics).
• Familiarity with consumer marketing research tools such as Nielsen or IRI data.
• Strong project management and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing the brand’s integrated marketing plan and ensure consistency with strategy.
• Coordinate with external agencies on briefs and execution of brand activities (media, promotions, sampling, PR, events).
• Lead day-to-day ops including brand volume forecasting and financial planning.
