Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in merchandising, brand management, licensing, or marketing.
• Relevant internship or academic coursework in merchandising, brand management, licensing, or marketing.
• Excellent written and oral communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Canva.
• Position requires travel up to 10% for live commerce events.

Responsibilities

• Maintain licensing trackers, calendars, and licensee contact libraries.
• Coordinate meetings with agendas, materials, follow‑ups, and track action items.
• Support onboarding of new licensees.
• Manage end‑to‑end sample program: receipt, inventory, storage, and distribution.
• Coordinate sample requests and shipping (domestic/international) for various teams.
• Maintain showroom and displays; conduct inventory audits and propose improvements.
• Own seasonal Product Development calendar and coordinate milestones with licensees.
• Review submissions for brand and legal compliance; flag issues and escalate as needed.
• Attend PD/market meetings and provide summary notes; gather line sheets and pricing.
• Build customer/retailer presentations and internal decks; maintain templates and assets.
• Coordinate marketing assets and samples for retailer meetings, photoshoots, and PR.
• Organize the annual Licensee Summit—timelines, trackers, materials, logistics.
• Support trade shows, market weeks, and live commerce event logistics.
