SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $75,000 annually

The Brand Licensing Coordinator supports the day-to-day administrative and operational workflows of the Licensing team — managing trackers and calendars, coordinating the product approval process, maintaining the sample program, and supporting cross-functional partners across design, sales, and marketing.

- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Relevant internship experience or academic coursework in merchandising, brand management, licensing, or marketing.
- Excellent written/oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
- Passion for the product is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat and Canva.
- Position requires 10% travel to live commerce events.
