Job summary

Spin Master is seeking a Licensing Coordinator in New York to drive the licensing approval process for global portfolios. You will act as the liaison between licensors, product design teams and PD, ensuring all product, packaging and marketing submissions meet contractual terms.

This ongoing contract role requires strong licensing, project management and brand governance skills, focusing on timely approvals and risk mitigation across multiple campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in licensing, project management or legal support within consumer goods.
• Experience with protected intellectual properties and brand guidelines.
• Familiarity with Media Box or similar consumer product approval databases.
• Ability to manage high-volume trackers and complex submissions with attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential and proprietary business information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between internal teams and licensors.
• Coordinate end-to-end licensing process for approvals.
• Ensure submissions and workflows adhere to contractual terms and brand guidelines.
• Facilitate milestone meetings and manage tracking reports for cross-functional alignment.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks and help implement mitigation plans.
