• 3+ years of shopper marketing or advertising experience
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Able to manage time and meet strict timelines under pressure

Responsibilities

• Maintain productive interaction with support departments to keep projects moving forward
• Lead, compile and author recaps
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer goals and strategies
• Tactically support programs (timelines, trafficking, materials, costs)
• Independently manage projects from start to finish
• Manage budgets within estimated hours and costs
• Develop proficiency across Mars workflow and financial systems
• Collaborate effectively with internal departments
• Maintain and update team reports (weekly status, marketplace assessments)
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager
