Job summary

Mars is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams from New Project Request through Post Launch Review. You will partner with sponsors to align and deliver value targets across corporate and segment landscapes.

Ideal candidates bring a Master’s Degree in Business or Technical field and 5+ years in project management or business leadership, with a proactive and highly communicative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment process to launch new projects
• Implements timeline mobilizing cross functional teams to define build, run, sunrise and expansion phases in project
• Track and communicate key decisions points, issues, risk management and actions
• Ensure alignment and connectivity of stakeholders throughout all departments
• Facilitate projects execution by ensuring good pace and connection, setting meetings, tracking actions and milestones, raising alerts and helping on escalation when needed
• Lead post project reviews and embed main learnings within team
