Mars United Commerce, part of Publicis Groupe, is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage project activation for a major CPG client across regional grocery retailers. You will coordinate timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams to keep programs moving from concept to completion.

This role emphasizes collaboration, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of shopper marketing or advertising experience, preferably agency experience.
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage time, adhere to strict timelines and work well under pressure.
• Detail orientation and ability to multitask across fluid workload.
• Proactive by nature and dependable team member.
• Desire to learn all aspects of the Shopper Marketing discipline.
• Effective interpersonal skills across functions.
• Conscientious work ethic.

Aufgaben

• Maintain productive interaction with support departments to keep projects moving forward.
• Lead, compile and author recaps.
• Develop knowledge of assigned brand or retailer brand positioning, goals, targets, and strategies.
• Tactically support programs (timelines, trafficking, review of materials, cost estimation).
• Independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Manage budgets, completing programs within estimated hours and costs.
• Manage electronic job jackets and billing information.
• Develop proficiency across Mars internal workflow and financial systems.
• Work effectively with various internal departments.
• Maintain and update team reports, including weekly status and marketplace assessments.
• All other duties as assigned by Manager.
