Corporate Resources of Illinois is seeking a Brand & Innovation Manager to lead brand strategy, drive product innovation, and oversee commercialization for a growing CPG portfolio in North America.

You will work closely with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain to bring concepts to market, manage launches, and optimize brand performance, pricing, and retailer engagement across key channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred for seniority and leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of Brand Management experience in CPG, food, beverage, or related consumer products environment.
• Experience leading new product development, launches, and commercialization with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and execute annual brand plans aligned with objectives and growth targets.
• Drive brand positioning, messaging, and portfolio strategies across product categories.
• Lead new product launches from concept through commercialization and retail execution.
• Monitor brand performance and propose strategies to improve sales, market share, and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Operations, and Supply Chain throughout the innovation process.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and cross-functional deliverables.
