Nava Public Benefit Corp. is seeking a Communications Designer to develop and manage Nava's brand across internal and external channels, ensuring on-brand experiences that align with Nava's mission.

The role involves owning the identity system, brand assets, annual reports, and event visuals, while collaborating with the comms team to deliver consistent brand experiences across digital, print, and social projects.

Qualifikationen

• Develop and manage Nava's brand identity across mediums.

Aufgaben

• Develop Nava's brand identity system across mediums and drive adoption.
• Manage brand assets including logo, typography, style guides, illustrations, and photography
• Oversee external brand materials (email templates, LinkedIn headers, recruiting materials)
• Shape brand strategy with audience research and usage guidelines
• Support project work with visual and communications design
• Maintain Nava’s internal brand processes
• Design annual reports for digital and print (Public Benefit Report, DEI Report)
• Create visuals for events and conferences
• Produce decks and visuals for Business Development and contract bids
• Create templates and asset libraries for bids
• Brand internal trainings with People Operations
• Develop swag and ensure quality with BizOps
• Support internal visuals for company communications
• Design materials for internal trainings and branding initiatives
