Job summary

Diageo, Balcones Brand Home in Waco, Texas, seeks an on-site Brand Home Manager to lead operations, guest experiences, and financial planning. You will supervise a team of 10–15 external staff and collaborate with agency partners to elevate brand home activities.

You will manage budgets, lifestyle marketing programs, and seasonal retail planning while ensuring top-tier guest experiences and operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Operations, Marketing or a related field.
5+ years of experience in the spirits industry, hospitality, or consumer-facing environments.
Strong people leadership and operational management capabilities.
Willing to work on-site in Waco, Texas at least 4 days a week; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee long-range assets for the brand home, including guest services, stores, and events.
Develop annual operating plans and budgets; monitor expenses and cash flow; report to leadership.
Lead marketing, brand stores, and sponsorship initiatives to build brand home visibility and sales.
Coordinate with supply and demand teams to optimize operations and guest experiences.
