Job summary

Infinity Home Services in Fulton, MD is seeking a Brand Marketing Manager who will own the full marketing funnel and serve as the marketing department. You will drive demand, build brand equity, manage customer relationships, and report performance to leadership.

You will lead LSA, ads, events, partnerships, loyalty programs, and organic social while collaborating with field teams to capture authentic local content and maintain a strong local reputation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing, advertising, or lead generation.
• Experience managing paid media or LSA programs with budget responsibility.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across brands and regions.
• Proficiency in Google LSA and Excel; multi-location marketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own LSA strategy and execution with budget management and lead quality review.
• Drive demand, brand equity, and customer loyalty across channels including digital, traditional, events, and partnerships.
• Manage ad spend, pacing, and budget reporting for ROI optimization.
• Plan and lead local events/home shows; coordinate vendors and post-event reporting.
• Develop local community partnerships and sponsorships; track ROI and renewal opportunities.
• Own customer loyalty, email/SMS campaigns, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Lead organic social content planning and execution across platforms.
• Monitor GBP, reviews, and local reputation; respond in a brand-consistent voice.
• Create local content assets from job sites with field teams; manage content library.
