Job summary

Infinity Home Services in Bel Air, MD is seeking an Area Marketing Coordinator, Performance Marketing, to drive customer acquisition across multiple brands. You will own lead performance, event execution, and outbound campaigns to support topline growth and increase appointment volume.

You will report to the Regional Marketing Manager and collaborate with brand teams to optimize spend, manage local events and sponsorships, and turn data into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or lead generation
• Experience managing paid media or LSA programs with direct budget responsibility
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into action
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across multiple brands simultaneously
• Proficiency in Google LSA platform and Excel
• Experience in home services, multi-location, or franchise marketing preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams

Responsibilities

• Own LSA strategy and execution across all assigned brands, including bid management, budget, spend pacing, and lead quality review
• Monitor lead flow by brand, diagnose underperformance, and provide actionable recommendations
• Manage advertising budgets and report on budget performance to leadership
• Lead planning of local events and home shows; manage vendor relationships and on-site execution
• Strengthen community presence through sponsorships and local partnerships
• Own repeat and referral campaigns via email and SMS to past customers and referrals
• Travel to brands within the region to review performance and support on-site activations
