Job summary

ForceBrands seeks a commercially minded Brand Manager to lead product strategy and day-to-day execution for a growing consumer brand. This role protects brand integrity, delivers marketing excellence, and drives growth across retail and e-commerce through strong planning, cross-functional collaboration, and execution.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and Supply Chain to develop strategy, roadmaps, and performance dashboards, translating insights into actions.

Qualifications

• At least three years of CPG brand management experience with large-scale brands.
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience collaborating with retailers, agencies, and business partners.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow brand growth and equity.
• Contribute to annual planning and forecasting to guide priorities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to execute GTM strategies.
• Collaborate across Brand, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Monitor brand performance and translate insights into actions.
• Lead product development and launch processes with cross-functional teams.
