Dunlop Tires North America Inc. is seeking a Brand Field Specialist to drive dealer engagement, sign new associate dealers, and ensure proper merchandising at each location within the assigned territory.

The role includes responsibility for initial dealer contact, program participation follow-ups, and continuous market intelligence gathering. Eligible for monthly commission, with automotive retail experience preferred.

Formación

• 2–3 years of sales experience (preferably Automotive or Tire Industry).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or related degree preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel 80%+ in the assigned territory.
• Must be able to work independently and build relationships with dealers and distributors.

Responsabilidades

• Solution Selling: Identify, engage, and close deals with prospective clients by providing tailored solutions to their business needs.
• Program Sales: Achieve sales goals by signing new associate dealers within the territory.
• Customer Support: Provide ongoing updates to associate dealers regarding program changes and new products.
• Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective associate dealers.
• Problem Resolution: Identify market opportunities and resolve challenges quickly.
• Dealer Development: Expand and strengthen the dealer and distributor network.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and internal teams.
