Qualifications

• Two to Three (2-3) years experience in a sales field (preferably Automotive or Tire Industry).
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related degree from an accredited college preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills and presentation abilities.
• Travel 80% or more via planes and automobiles; on-site at corporate office in California.

Responsibilities

• Solution Selling: identify, engage, and close deals with prospective clients by providing tailored solutions.
• Program Sales: sign new associate dealers within the territory to meet goals.
• Customer Support: provide ongoing updates to associate dealers regarding program changes and products.
• Sales Presentations: develop and deliver compelling presentations to prospective dealers.
• Problem Resolution: identify market opportunities and resolve challenges.
• Dealer Development: expand and strengthen dealer and distributor network.
• Relationship Building: foster strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and internal teams.
