Job summary

Dunlop Tires North America Inc. is seeking a Brand Field Specialist Supervisor to lead and coach a team of Brand Field Specialists in field execution and performance improvement.

The role focuses on coaching, training, and driving monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives with a strong emphasis on sales strategy deployment and dealer development. Approximately 75% of time is spent in the field with rest on strategic planning, reporting, and administration while maintaining alignment with four

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
• Equivalent education/experience will be considered.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and self-motivated, with the ability to coach others.
• Willingness to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day performance, development, and field execution of Brand Field Specialists.
• Coach, train, evaluate performance, and drive sales strategies.
• Develop field strategies to improve sell-out and enrollment rates.
• Manage budgets and expenses; create strategic market plans.
• Support dealer development and ensure alignment with company initiatives.
• Conduct quarterly territory and performance reviews.
