Responsibilities

• Act as a brand representative reflecting URBN values and partner with the Display Artist to create an engaging visual experience for customers.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized yet efficient customer experiences and support store sales.
• Drive in-store creative marketing, merchandising activations and support store teams to maximize sales and store impact.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, mentoring and training to develop department and display teams.
• Coach teams on processes, merchandise placement, standards and visual display.
• Manage visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Analyze store performance using company tools to identify opportunities and take measured visual risks for impact.
