Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the store team, support merchandising and display to create an inspiring customer experience.
• Lead brand experience by partnering with the Display Artist and Department Managers to engage the UO customer.
• Drive sales through in-store marketing, activations, and maintaining a compelling store environment.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and train department and display candidates to build bench strength.
• Coach team on store processes, merchandising placement, and visual standards.
• Oversee visual direction from planning through execution within budgets and timelines.
• Manage daily operations including payroll and adapting visual support to business needs.
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
