URBN is seeking a Visual Merchandising Manager in Boston to drive engaging store visuals and experiences in collaboration with the store team. You will lead merchandising execution, oversee displays, and partner with department managers to align with brand standards and budgets.

Role requires 3+ years of leadership in visual merchandising, strong merchant skills, and a proven ability to develop talent and deliver sales growth. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills with history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven track record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual merchandising strategy from concept to execution to meet brand standards and budgets.
• Partner with Display Artist and Department Managers to create engaging in-store experiences.
• Recruit, mentor and train team members to drive bench and succession planning.
• Manage visual direction and merchandising processes to maximize sales and customer impact.
• Monitor store performance using reporting tools and adjust tactics to improve results.
• Ensure safety, inventory accuracy and adherence to company policies.
