Qualifications

• 3+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience.
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results.
• Experience with floor planning.
• Proven record of developing great talent.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: create an engaging visual experience reflecting company values.
• Leadership: recruit, mentor, and train department and display staff.
• Visual and business operations: manage display direction, budgets, and timelines.
• Store operations: payroll management and safety/compliance.
• Communication: share product knowledge and coordinate with store leadership.
