Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking a Visual Merchandiser – Brand & Signage to bring the brand to life across locations. You will ensure exterior signage, displays, and site messaging align with brand standards, coordinating with Marketing, Operations, Construction, and field teams to enhance curb appeal and customer engagement.

The role requires strong design sensibility, project management skills, and experience executing brand standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in visual merchandising, retail marketing, brand execution, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of branding, layout, customer behavior, and visual communication.
• Experience managing multiple projects across a geographically dispersed environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Brand Standards & Visual Execution: maintain standards, develop and distribute guidelines, conduct site audits.
• Exterior Signage Management: oversee signage programs, ensure currency, coordinate installation and rebranding.
• Promotional Merchandising: develop merchandising plans, create display standards, coordinate campaigns.
• Customer Journey: partner with Marketing/Operations to improve navigation and wayfinding.
• Vendor & Production Management: manage signage vendors, obtain quotes, oversee installations and SLAs.
• Field Support & Collaboration: be primary field contact, train teams, develop toolkits.
