Job summary

Whistle Express Car Wash is seeking an Associate to guide guests through the wash experience and keep our site running smoothly. This hands-on role covers the tunnel, wash station, and vacuum area, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

You will support sales and membership growth, manage sign-ups and changes, and uphold company policies on pricing and discounts. The job involves physical outdoor work, opening/closing duties, and daily site upkeep.

Qualifications

• No experience required. A 60-day structured certification program sets you up from day one.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Station and Sales Performance: provide excellent customer service and assist with member sign-ups and account management.
• Wash Station Service: operate wash equipment safely and maintain a clean area.
• Convenience Station: engage with customers and manage member accounts (CX).
• General Duties: maintain cleanliness and safety, openings/closings, and site upkeep.
