Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to meet sales goals and events.
• Execute weekly visual assessments and partner with leaders to improve store visuals.
• Ensure visual standards are applied across the store to elevate presentation.
• Support and implement the company Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM across store areas.
• Guide and train team members to uphold visual merchandising excellence.
• Create welcoming guest experiences and assist guests with their needs.
