Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a Merchandiser to support store leadership by executing merchandising and seasonal décor, creating a visually appealing shopping environment for guests. You will deliver exceptional service through guest relationships and maintain presentation standards to drive store results.

You will lead by example in product flow, window design, and stock management while coaching associates to elevate performance and achieve sales goals across the store.

Qualifications

• 1 year Merchandising experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and / or squatting frequently.
• May be required to occasionally climb ladders, climb and descend stairs frequently, depending on location.
• Must be able to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
