Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly visual workload with leadership guidance to hit sales goals and events.
• Execute weekly visual assessments with leaders to improve store visuals and guest experience.
• Maintain and guide visual standards across the store to elevate displays and ISM elements.
• Support and implement the company Visual Merchandising strategy and ISM across relevant store areas.
• Set overhead lighting to highlight key merchandising presentations.
• Work with leaders to resolve merchandising issues and adjust sets for inspiring visuals.
• Train teammates and onboard new staff to uphold visual standards and signing tools.
