Job summary

Macy's is seeking an Ambassador to drive sales by connecting with customers and sharing vendor product knowledge. You will upsell, build a loyal client base, and coordinate with vendors, stylists, and leadership to execute merchandising initiatives.

The role requires excellent communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexibly including nights and weekends. You will engage customers, process transactions on Macy’s POS, and contribute to a positive store culture.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Keep sales floor neat, signed for sales and markdowns.
• Create and implement best practices to drive sales and margins.
• Build brand-specific clientele for local marketing.
• Plan and lead vendor-sponsored events.
• Use Macy’s POS and devices to complete sales.
• Foster inclusive environment with colleagues and customers.
