Job summary

Full-time colleagues typically work 30+ hours weekly; part-time 12-24 hours, with hours varying by business needs. You will collaborate with personal stylists, store leadership, and vendor teams to execute merchandising initiatives and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year previous selling or retail experience.
• Ability to use computers and handheld devices effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience with the customer as priority.
• Greet customers, make product recommendations, and upsell.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, personal stylists, and store leadership.
• Maintain neat, signed sales floor and support markdowns.
• Plan and lead customer-facing vendor events to drive sales.
