Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering consistent consumer experiences across our stores. You will lead the front-line team, drive selling performance, and ensure brand standards are upheld while coaching staff and optimizing daily operations.

You will supervise opening/closing, guide on-duty leadership, and build a culture focused on personalized customer care and product

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a consumer-first based retail environment.
