Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a Brand Experience Supervisor to develop outstanding associates and deliver consistent consumer experiences across our stores. You will partner with the Brand Experience Leader to drive growth and uphold our values while coaching teams to exceed sales and service standards.

You will oversee opening/closing routines, lead by example on the sales floor, train staff, and respond to safety and operational priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong supervisory experience in retail or similar setting.
• Ability to coach and develop staff while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead on duty to address consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans and drive execution.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipments.
• Set daily goals and direct the team during shifts.
• Provide performance feedback and coaching to leadership.
• Model selling behaviors and build product knowledge on the floor.
• Create genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
• Train and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
