Bath & Body Works in Grand Rapids, MI seeks a Brand Experience Leader to develop outstanding associates, deliver consistent consumer experiences, and drive growth. Store leaders serve as front-line leaders, blending retail acumen with brand ambassadorship to connect with customers daily.

You will lead a team, set clear goals, mentor staff, and ensure execution of operational plans that elevate the customer journey and product storytelling, including floorset directions and peak-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, exceptional consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the brand experience leadership team.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations, results goals, and accountability with all associates through leadership.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks addressing consumer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the brand experience leadership team to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operational activities.
• Implement and sustain floorset direction to optimize the business and bring the product story to life.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and disseminate company directives.
• Set the daily direction and goals for the shift.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage.
• Lead exceptional in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with consumers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability.
