You will recruit, coach, and evaluate staff, set clear expectations, and ensure high standards of service while managing payroll and execution of daily tasks. The role requires physical activity and flexibility for peak days, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales and exceptional consumer experience.
• 2+ years in a manager role in retail.
• Retail experience preferred and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent including the brand experience leadership team.
• Set and reinforce clear performance expectations and goals with all associates.
• Own and delegate leadership tasks to address consumer experience, vendor relations, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with leadership to support action plans that improve results and ensure execution of operations.
• Implement floorset direction to optimize the business and showcase product stories.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, shipments, and interpret directives.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide performance feedback.
• Meet payroll targets by ensuring proper sales floor coverage.
• Lead in-store consumer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with consumers via uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and experience.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
