Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Leesburg, VA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily. You will deliver an amazing shopping experience, help guests find what they need, and proudly represent the AE & Aerie brands.

You are a people person with energy, loves retail, and will engage guests using the AEO Selling Model while flexing across sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom. Availability evenings and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Energetic, people-oriented, and able to engage guests.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and up-sell when appropriate.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with integrity and within policy.
• Support team and contribute to store goals.
