Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. seeks a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and representing our values.

You will engage guests, educate them on AE/Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program with a flexible presence across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom. We value energetic, people-focused team players who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are at least 16, and love AE and Aerie products.

Qualifications

• Must love interacting with people and provide great guest experiences.
• Energetic, able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in AE and Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Engage guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make suitable recommendations.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following policy.
• Collaborate with teammates to get the job done with integrity.
