Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Newport Beach to bring the brand to life and provide every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll be the face of our company, sharing product knowledge and building brand loyalty with a friendly, authentic approach. You will engage guests, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to engage customers with a friendly, helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest fits.
• Promote the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns with courtesy and adherence to policy.
• Be a team player and support store goals.
