Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Riverside, CA. You will bring our brand to life in-store, greet guests, and deliver a memorable shopping experience while modeling AE/Aerie products.

You’ll flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom; you’ll educate guests on products, loyalty programs, and brand values; prior retail experience and enthusiasm for AE/Aerie are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with customers and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to explain product features and loyalty programs to guests.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with them using the AE Selling Model.
• Educate guests on AE/Aerie products and help with recommendations.
• Promote AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Move across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns following company policy.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily store goals.
• Uphold company policies and maintain integrity.
