Athleta is looking for a Brand Associate in Reston to deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-store and omni-channel channels. You will educate customers on products and loyalty programs, build brand loyalty, and collaborate with leadership to meet store goals.

The role requires strong communication, a passion for retail, and flexibility to work a retail schedule, including holidays, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to provide exceptional service.

• Drive sales through suggestive selling and omni-channel support.
• Maintain a neat, organized sales floor and back-of-house areas.
• Meet personal goals contributing to store targets.
• Assist on sales floor, fitting room, and cash wrap as needed.
• Handle customer interactions professionally, including returns.
• Execute store operations efficiently and accurately.
