Job summary

Athleta is seeking a Brand Associate to bring our brand to life for customers. You’ll deliver an exceptional in-store experience, educate shoppers on products, and help customers feel confident in their wardrobe choices across omnichannel touchpoints.

You’ll collaborate with leadership to meet store goals, participate in loyalty programs education, and support sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap with a positive, inclusive approach.
