Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap.
• Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up, and ship-from-store orders.
