Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers; anticipate needs and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Sales Floor Maintenance: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment; presentation standards.
• Cash Wrap Operations: Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently with a friendly checkout experience.
• Online Orders: Support Save the Sale orders, fulfill In-Store Pick-Up, and pack ship-from-store orders.
