Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking Brand Representatives to bring the store experience to life by engaging customers, styling guidance, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

You’ll help customers find what they need, support product replenishment, and ensure presentation standards across categories. In this role you’ll process purchases, returns, and exchanges at the cash wrap, assist with online orders, and contribute to a seamless omni‑channel experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience :Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers.
• Sales Floor Maintenance :Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
• Cash Wrap Operations :Accurately and efficiently process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly and positive checkout experience.
• Online Orders :Create a seamless omni-channel experience by supporting Save the Sale orders, fulfilling In-Store Pick-Up, and packaging ship-from-store orders.
