Responsibilities

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories.
• Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, visually consistent sales environment.
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges while ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Create omni-channel experiences by supporting Save the Sale orders, in-store pick-up, and ship-from-store orders.
