Job summary

AEO is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Grove City, PA, to bring the brand to life and provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will embody our values, share product passion, and help guests with their needs.

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll rotate across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom, while promoting the loyalty program and brand channels. Experience in retail and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are needed.

Qualifications

• You love interacting with people!
• You're full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• You're available to work when guests shop (evenings, weekends & holidays)
• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You've worked in retail before.
• You're at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You're a people person! You engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• You're passionate about AE & Aerie product and educate guests on details and fit.
• You share the brand love by introducing the AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• You can hang between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• You're an innovative problem solver, resolving guest concerns while following company policy.
• You're a team player - #teamwork!
• You've got integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
