Job summary

This position involves presenting and selling merchandise, building client relationships, and maintaining store operations with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience preferred (2+ years).

Responsibilities

• Present and sell merchandise consistent with the brand by interacting with customers and making recommendations.
• Provide merchandising suggestions to management to improve sales.
• Build a personal client book to encourage repeat visits.
• Learn and use the POS software, and troubleshoot in the absence of store leadership.
• Handle routine register transactions, inventory receiving/transfers, and opening/closing the store.
• Share current product knowledge with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
