Job summary

The Beaufort Bonnet Company is seeking a front-line retail team member in Houston to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and build lasting customer relationships. You will share product knowledge, assist with customers, and uphold the store’s cheerful, sunny atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, and 0–1 year of retail experience. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Bending/stooping/kneeling required; lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Routine standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
• Ability to work varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
