Job summary

The Beaufort Bonnet Company is seeking a front-line retail team member in Houston to deliver an exceptional in-store experience and build lasting customer relationships. You will share product knowledge, assist with customers, and uphold the store’s cheerful, sunny atmosphere.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, and 0–1 year of retail experience. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of retail experience preferred.
Bending/stooping/kneeling required; lifting up to 50 lbs.
Routine standing for up to 8 hours per shift.
Ability to work varied hours, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
