Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a PINK Manager in Lombard, IL to deliver exceptional customer and associate experiences and drive brand top-line sales. You’ll coach brand supervisors, guide visual execution, and oversee talent lifecycle with the Store Manager.

The role requires leadership in complex stores, strong data insights, and collaboration with Sales Leadership to ensure standardized execution and strong customer service. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and a flexible schedule.
• Experience reviewing business reports and insights to act on results.
• Ability to select and develop direct reports and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive the overall customer and brand experience within the PINK Business.
• Translate brand direction into priorities and daily actions.
• Lead hiring decisions and performance management alongside Store Manager.
• Ensure visual merchandising and selling behaviors reflect brand guidance.
