• Executing the Head Coach role to deliver exceptional customer experiences through coaching, zoning, team selling and personally selling.
• Coaching & development of associates.
• Executing Daily Work Force Management actions to manage labor hours.
• Maintaining visual merchandising standards.
• Collaborating with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Leading and modeling behaviors that link to leadership competencies.
• Demonstrating and leading company policy and procedures.
• Additional duties, including floorset mapping, product launch support, brand education, and shipment processing.
