• Oversee talent lifecycle, including interviewing and hiring decisions and performance management with the Store Manager.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and support product storytelling and selling behaviors.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership Teams to ensure seamless execution and a strong brand experience.
